What to write to us about

• Corrections. If something in an entry is wrong or out of date, tell us which hotel and what needs changing. A link to an official source helps.
• Suggestions. We sometimes revise the list. Tell us which hotel you have in mind and which category it belongs in.
• General questions about the site, how it works or how entries are written.

What we can't help with

We don't take bookings, hold rooms or handle payments, so we can't help with reservations, cancellations or refunds. Please contact the hotel directly for those.

We read every message. We don't always reply straight away.
